The Lucky 75 is a festive twist on the classic French 75, perfect for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. Gin, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup create a bright citrus base, while Prosecco adds a refreshing sparkle.

1 oz gin
¾ oz lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
Prosecco (to top)
1–2 drops green food coloring
Rainbow sour strip, for garnish

1- Shake gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and green food coloring with ice.
2- Strain into a champagne flute.
3- Top with Prosecco, garnish with a rainbow sour strip, and serve.
